We started this article from a strange facts, clubs with fewer participants earned more points. So we will prove that facts here with calculations. Points listed here is not including qualifying bonus points.

As we can see above, MAs with less number of teams will have advantage. The most drastic point difference is in AFC Cup Central, South, and East Zone. Having two clubs instead of one in this zone, will bring down maximum possible points as much as 6.5 points. So, it will be interesting to see how AFC will handle this issue later on.
